Today will be spent between three airports and three flights. This photo was taken at 7am in Detroit. I'm wearing my new boots that I got for Christmas- they are really cute! 

Getting into the airport was a chore- I have two large suitcases, a carry-on sized one, and my backpack. Seeing all my luggage, a lady in the elevator rudely asked me if there was anything left in my closet. No actually, there is not, thank you very much. My entire life is in these bags or locked away in storage. 

I told them I'm moving to Australia for three months and everyone in the elevator said "oh, good for you!" 

How do they know that's good for me? Maybe my parents are sending me over there for boarding school because I got into trouble. Or maybe my ailing Australian grandmother is on her last leg and I'm going over to spend her last days with her.

Of course, that's not the case, and it is good for me to go over there with Curt, but I'm just saying.. don't make assumptions.

After we exited the elevator, my carry-on fell off and a nice man assisted me to the check-in counter. 

So thank you, friendly man. No thanks to you, sarcastic lady.
